chicken chop 1st trial.


overall it quite good trial. the Coselaw taste better when using fresh vegetable.

the gravy need to be more salty i think..
the chicken need to be more salty too and cook it more longer.



one more thing need to practise to cook more faster.

bakso n sushi

(1.11.10) 1st sushi : egg, crab stick, tuna..
thing to be improve.. rolling the rice. and cut with same size. let hand wet b4 put the rice together at the seaweed to avoid it stick to the hand. rice layer don't have be too thick

1st bakso trial..
thing to do better next time : meat ball - put more salt, bland it bit by bit to make it more smooth. bihun..let it in the more longer in hot water to soften it

laksa UK

Ingredient
1. Fish - boils with water
2. Blend onion , garlic, dry chili, few cooked fish, belacan, and salt.
3. Put blended stuff into container that boil the fish. Smashed the rest of the fish. Add with serai, asam keping, black pepper. Edit with salt. Boil with slow gas.

Just boil the spagetti to replace laksa.

Then ready to eat. ^_^
