cHEeSe Cake


my 2nd try. wow practice make perfect. it delicious!! yummy

my first try!! well the taste,hmm..good but easily melting

How to make it?:

  1. 100 ml yogurt
  2. 250g cream cheese
  3. 2 chicken egg
  4. margarine 
  5. 2- big spoon (wheat flour)
  6. 400g sugar( kalu leh kurg kn x elok mkn manis sgt)
  7. 1 -small spoon (lemon/orange juice)
  8. 2- packs tiger biscuit

Easy as ABC

Steps

base

  • break the tiger biscuit into pieces
  • mix it with melting margarine
  • put it into the container.(y dah sape margerine-x nk bg melekat) make it fit nicely in the container( tekan sampai padat)
  • put into the refrigerator

the cake

  • blend the ingredient stated below except margarine and biscuit.
  • put it into the container that have the biskuit already
  • then baked it in the oven using 170 degree and 40-50 minutes.
  • cool it and put it into refrigerator.4-5 hour or one night.
  • decorate the cake using your own creativity.

mama: she eat 2-3 pieces of cake per day. wow impresive !! my mom cant eat many dishes. thankfully she love the cheese cake and can eat it.

achik: huhu sedap..same taraf   dgn chef y ajar 'akak' .

me: i love it!! i like to eat and made cheese cake very much...it easy.

RECORD -my cake finish just only 1 day. 

p/s : cooking with heart will make people enjoy and like the dishes.
